Digital Marketing Specialist
Core Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Design and manage paid/organic campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok)
- Conduct keyword search, SEO optimization, and A/B testing to improve performance
- Monitor competitors’ pricing, ad placements, and content strategies
- Conduct market research on sports and fitness as well as content marketing trends
- Work alongside Marketing, Ecomm, Creative team and other departments to establish campaign objectives and guidelines in producing content
2. Content Creation and Management
- Develop blogs, videos, emails, and social media posts tailored to target audiences
- Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user experience
- Manage KOLs and monitor mileages
3. Analytics and Reporting
- Track KPIs (click-through rates, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics
- Adjust strategies based on real-time data to maximize campaign ROI
4. Lead Generation and Conversion
- Implement email marketing funnels and landing pages to nature prospects
- Optimize customer journeys to boost sales
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Certifications like Google Analytics, Google Ads, META are highly valued but not mandatory
Technical Skills
Proficient in SEO/SEM tools, CMS platforms and email marketing software
Experience with HTML/CSS, Google Tag Manager, and paid ad platforms
Experience
2-5 years in digital marketing roles
Experience in managing multiple brands is a plus
Soft Skills
Analytical mindset for interpreting campaign data
Strong communication for client/stakeholder reporting
Creative to adapt to evolving trends (AI tools, ChatGPT and other tools)
