The Fitness & Athletics Yoga Block is another helpful prop for beginners and yogis of all levels. Our Shipping Terms
For deliveries within Metro Manila, delivery may take 2-10 business days. We set a longer duration because we want to manage our customers’ expectations during this difficult time. However, your order/s might arrive earlier than promised, as we’re working hard to make sure you get your equipment as quickly as possible. Ultimately, we just do not want to let you down.

For orders outside Metro Manila, delivery takes 5-10 days. Orders outside our serviceable areas may incur additional charges.

What do I expect upon arrival?
All fitness equipment are in their original box and unopened. Once they are delivered to your home, at least 3 to 4 persons will be needed to unload the item (especially for the NordicTrack treadmills). For some other machines 2-3 persons will do. If you need extra assistance, it is in your discretion to discuss directly with the driver and the helper.

What if there is a defect with my purchase?
Please note that the equipment are in their original boxes and have not been opened or tested. These boxes have traveled from their overseas factory to our warehouses – and finally to your home. This means some components may have shifted, etc. Should you encounter issues with your purchase, we would be glad to fix them once travel restrictions are lifted. At this time we may not be able to handle repairs and replacements. We do not allow the equipment to be sent back as well – as we cannot guarantee they will be received back in good condition and thus will be deemed as ‘Not Received.’

Will you be able to install or assemble my purchase?
To minimize unnecessary contact, we won’t be offering our in-home assembly and installation service.

What about product warranties?
Please refer to the listing on our website for details of warranties per product.

What if I change my mind about my purchase?
If the item has been delivered (or has left our facility), the cost of sending it back will be due to the customer. Provided the box is unopened or the product is unused, we will issue a refund (less 6% for online transaction fee). If the item has not yet been delivered and has not yet left our facility, only the online transaction fee of 6% will be deducted from the refund.
