Refund policy

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Items may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

- Valid Reasons: Damaged/defective items or wrong items delivered.

- Requirement: Must be accompanied by the original, untampered Invoice.

- Condition: Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

Per the Consumer Act of the Philippines, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Change of mind.

- Damage caused by customer mishandling or incorrect assembly.

- Undergarments (for hygiene reasons).

- Items labeled or vandalized by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email Us: Contact chrissportsnetwork@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Shipping: The customer shoulders the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.

3. Evaluation: Once received, our team will evaluate the item. If approved, a replacement will be shipped following our standard delivery schedule.

4. Gym Equipment: Large items/machinery are strictly subject to their specific warranty guidelines.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and evaluated. A 5% processing fee applies to all refunds.

- Credit Card / Online Payment: Reversal via the issuing bank (schedule depends on the bank).

- Bank Deposit: Refunded to the original bank account used.

- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via customer’s preferred bank.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email chrissportsnetwork@gmail.com immediately with your Order Number in the subject line.

- Fees: A 5% fee will be deducted from all refunds (covering payment processing fees).

- Shipped Orders: If the order has already been assigned a tracking number, the customer must also shoulder the cost of returning the item.

- Automatic Cancellations: Chris Sports reserves the right to automatically cancel orders due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or incomplete customer/address details.
  • Failure to settle Bank Deposit payments within 48 hours.
  • Two (2) failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Delivery addresses located outside of serviceable areas.

- Note: Once an order is successfully cancelled, it cannot be reactivated; a new order must be placed.
