When will my order be ready for pickup?

Your order will generally be ready two (2) business days after the order date. We will send a separate notification when it is officially available.

Before dispatching your courier (Grab, Lalamove, etc.), please send a TEXT MESSAGE to our pickup hotline with the following required details:

Pickup Time Slots

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
• Sundays and Holidays: Closed
