Brand Manager

We are looking for a Brand Manager who will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that support company goals. This role includes managing marketing initiatives, analyzing market and consumer insights, and identifying opportunities for brand growth. You will also handle budget planning, monitor brand performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Regular fieldwork and monitoring of competitors are also part of the role.

 

JOB LOCATION

  • Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines

 

QUALIFICATIONS  

  • Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies and creative marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate marketing performance and interpret data
  • Skilled in market research, trend analysis, and identifying new growth opportunities
  • Experience in digital marketing and brand positioning, with solid understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends
  • Competent in budget management, strategic planning, and achieving brand objectives
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with the sports and fitness industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of brand management experience in the retail industry with a proven track record of meeting goals and targets
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Plans, implements, monitor and evaluates marketing programs .
  • Conducts market research and identify consumer insights and trends .
  • Collaborate with different departments to create brand campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to optimize marketing initiatives .
  • Conducts regular fieldwork, trade checks and monitors competitive activities.
  • Ensures proper and timely execution of marketing activities .
  • Conducts research activities and identifies consumer insights and growth opportunities.
