Ecommerce Assistant

Job Requirements and Description
1. Respond to ecommerce platform chat inquiries (Lazada and Shopee)
2. Provide customers with product information
3. Assist in uploading products into platforms
4. Assist in processing orders
5. Creation of monthly sales reports
6. Knowledgeable of ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.)
7. Knowledge of Social Media, Logistics, and Marketing is a plus
8. Excellent in communication and remarkable research skills


Qualifications:
1. College Graduate of any related course
2. Proficient in excel and relevant computer applications
3. Good verbal and written communication skills
4. Knowledge in best practices of customer service and practices
5. Keen on details
6. Problem analysis and solving skills
