Ecommerce Assistant
Job Requirements and Description
- Respond to ecommerce platform chat inquiries (Lazada and Shopee)
- Provide customers with product information
- Assist in uploading products into platforms
- Assist in processing orders
- Creation of monthly sales reports
- Knowledgeable of ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.)
- Knowledge of Social Media, Logistics, and Marketing is a plus
- Excellent in communication and remarkable research skills
Qualifications:
- College Graduate of any related course
- Proficient in excel and relevant computer applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in best practices of customer service and practices
- Keen on details
- Problem analysis and solving skills
