2. Click "close" Scroll down and look for the "Engraving Services" tab, then click the link provided.
3. Indicate the Name of Engrave in the space provided (maximum of 8 characters, including spaces), choose your preferred font, and add it to your cart.
   
4. On your cart, click Checkout, and complete your purchase using a credit card, bank transfer, or e-wallet.
   
5. COD is not applicable and strictly no cancellation

Delivery & Assembly Notes (Exercise Machines)

• Equipment arrives unopened in factory packaging.
• Unloading requires 2–4 people (e.g., 3–4 for NordicTrack treadmills; 2–3 for smaller machines). Coordinate directly with the driver for assistance.

Defects & Warranties

• Defects / Repairs: All items are shipped factory-sealed. Contact support for issue resolution; unauthorized returns are not accepted.
• Warranties: Refer to individual product listings on our website for specific warranty details.

Cancellations & Returns:

• Before Dispatch: Full refund minus 6% online transaction fee.
• After Dispatch: Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued minus 6% fee once returned unopened/unused.
