Delivery & Assembly Notes (Exercise Machines)

Equipment arrives unopened in factory packaging.
Unloading requires 2–4 people (e.g., 3–4 for NordicTrack treadmills; 2–3 for smaller machines). Coordinate directly with the driver for assistance.

Defects & Warranties

Defects / Repairs: All items are shipped factory-sealed. Contact support for issue resolution; unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Cancellations & Returns:

Before Dispatch: Full refund minus 6% online transaction fee.
After Dispatch: Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued minus 6% fee once returned unopened/unused.
