WORLD’S FIRST INTERCHANGEABLE PULLEY SYSTEM
Force USA’s newest innovation is the interchangeable cable ratio system allowing you to adjust the cable ratio. It quickly transforms the pulley ratio from a 2:1 to a 4:1, a convenient feature to switch to a lighter or heavier resistance especially if you workout with family and friends.
Example, 4:1 pulley ratio means you are lifting only 25 lbs of the 100 lbs load, and switching it to 2:1 means you are lifting 50 lbs of the same 100 lbs.

Delivery & Assembly Notes (Exercise Machines)
- Equipment arrives unopened in factory packaging.
- Unloading requires 2–4 people (e.g., 3–4 for NordicTrack treadmills; 2–3 for smaller machines). Coordinate directly with the driver for assistance.
Defects & Warranties
- Defects / Repairs: All items are shipped factory-sealed. Contact support for issue resolution; unauthorized returns are not accepted.
- Warranties: Refer to individual product listings on our website for specific warranty details.
Cancellations & Returns:
- Before Dispatch: Full refund minus 6% online transaction fee.
- After Dispatch: Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued minus 6% fee once returned unopened/unused.
3 years frame, 1 year service, 12 months consumable parts.
The following are NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY:
- Repairs or attempted repairs and modifications by anyone not authorized by CHRIS SPORTS.
- Serial numbers' label has been defaced, modified, or removed.
- Damages caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions contained in the Owner’s manual.
- Damages caused by water, fire, flood, getting hit by other objects, and other fortuitous events.
- Damages caused by pets, pests, cockroaches, rats, and other rodents including insect infestations.
- Damages caused by accidental plugging of wrong voltage not conforming to the unit’s requirement.
- Damages caused by power surge and lightning charges.
- Unit is exposed in outdoors (garage, pool area, patio, etc.), making it exposed to sun, rain, dust, and moisture.
- Improper use of lubricants. Only “silicon oil” should be used in lubricating the matting.
- Damages occurred during shipment (claims must be presented to shipper).
- Home service fee, repair service fee, and travel expenses for field service.
- Removal and installation charges are not covered.
- The following are not covered by warranty: foam, wheels, batteries, upholstery, seat, and pedal straps.
