Delivery & Assembly Notes (Exercise Machines)
- Equipment arrives unopened in factory packaging.
- Unloading requires 2–4 people (e.g., 3–4 for NordicTrack treadmills; 2–3 for smaller machines). Coordinate directly with the driver for assistance.
Defects & Warranties
- Defects / Repairs: All items are shipped factory-sealed. Contact support for issue resolution; unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Cancellations & Returns:
- Before Dispatch: Full refund minus 6% online transaction fee.
