How To Wear
Adjust strap first time so that top and bottom plates are equal distance apart. Simply stretch your arm out with your hand in a fist, tighten the adjustable strap with the fitted pad on top of your forearm.

Material: UBL Made with 2 soft-plastic plates and nylon hook-and-loop straps, this elbow and forearm support brace is latex-free. Designed in one size, back plate is adjustable and should fit most.
