Designed to be a versatile training tool for a variety of movements, the Pro Knit Mini Band assists in improving mobility, and strength for upper and lower body resistance training during workouts or warmups. The thinner bands are typical to be worn around the ankles for longer stride movements but can also be placed around the wrists for shoulder activation.

• Equipment arrives unopened in factory packaging.
• Unloading requires 2–4 people (e.g., 3–4 for NordicTrack treadmills; 2–3 for smaller machines). Coordinate directly with the driver for assistance.

Defects & Warranties

• Defects / Repairs: All items are shipped factory-sealed. Contact support for issue resolution; unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Cancellations & Returns:

• Before Dispatch: Full refund minus 6% online transaction fee.
• After Dispatch: Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued minus 6% fee once returned unopened/unused.
