Made of three different layers, Sof Sole Gel Arch with Memory Foam is designed for flexibility, support, and comfort. The Sof Gel, lightweight gel, and memory foam enhances the pressure relief, arch support, and shock absorption. The memory foam will contour the feet shape and can be worn by everyone regardless of the arch type. Delivery & Assembly Notes (Exercise Machines)
- Equipment arrives unopened in factory packaging.
- Unloading requires 2–4 people (e.g., 3–4 for NordicTrack treadmills; 2–3 for smaller machines). Coordinate directly with the driver for assistance.
Defects & Warranties
- Defects / Repairs: All items are shipped factory-sealed. Contact support for issue resolution; unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Cancellations & Returns:
- Before Dispatch: Full refund minus 6% online transaction fee.
- After Dispatch: Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued minus 6% fee once returned unopened/unused.
