BLISTER PREVENTION AND REDUCES ODOR BUILD-UP
Sof Sole Ultra Lite Gel Comfort Insoles are made with technical low-friction top cloth. This helps reduce shear and friction to avoid blisters, soreness or redness to the skin. The top-cloth is also treated with Silpure antimicrobial, the top cloth of the insoles help prevent odor build-up to keep your feet dry and smelling fresh.

Delivery & Assembly Notes (Exercise Machines)
- Equipment arrives unopened in factory packaging.
- Unloading requires 2–4 people (e.g., 3–4 for NordicTrack treadmills; 2–3 for smaller machines). Coordinate directly with the driver for assistance.
Defects & Warranties
- Defects / Repairs: All items are shipped factory-sealed. Contact support for issue resolution; unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Cancellations & Returns:
- Before Dispatch: Full refund minus 6% online transaction fee.
- After Dispatch: Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued minus 6% fee once returned unopened/unused.
