Delivery & Assembly Notes (Exercise Machines)

• Equipment arrives unopened in factory packaging.
• Unloading requires 2–4 people (e.g., 3–4 for NordicTrack treadmills; 2–3 for smaller machines). Coordinate directly with the driver for assistance.

Defects & Warranties

• Defects / Repairs: All items are shipped factory-sealed. Contact support for issue resolution; unauthorized returns are not accepted.
• Warranties: Refer to individual product listings on our website for specific warranty details.

Cancellations & Returns:

• Before Dispatch: Full refund minus 6% online transaction fee.
• After Dispatch: Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued minus 6% fee once returned unopened/unused.

What is Covered?

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of initial purchase. This lifetime warranty covers any degradation in thermal performance.

This warranty applies only when our products are used under normal conditions and cared for according to the provided care and use instructions.

Additionally, this warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Stanley or an authorized seller.

What is Not Covered?

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from natural disasters or accidents, such as fires.
• Any non-stainless-steel parts.
• Fake or counterfeit products.
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, or blemishes from regular use).
• Defects or damage caused by:
• Failure to follow care and use instructions.
• Accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
• Post-purchase modifications (e.g., engraving, accessories, or alterations).

Warranty Duration

The lifetime warranty applies to our drinkware and food containers, excluding lids, seals, and straws.
